RCA Victor Floor Model 67V1

The cabinet for this radio has been restored. The original finish was "blonde", but I think the natural wood looks much better, so I stripped the old finish. This radio has a record player (one half of the top opens for access). The radio folds out the right side front. It is in working condition, and it was manufactured in 1946.

You have a beautiful collection.
I wanted to find out I just purchased the same record player at an antique shop, they did not have any information on it. It is missing a knob and the speaker will need replaced also I will need to get a new needle. Do you have any information on this unit I have searched on the internet and I cannot find anything. You have done a fantastic job restoring your RCA.
Can you please email me with any information.

Thank you

Sorry I have not checked my site in several months; I appreciate the comment; This unit was purchased at an auction for less than $20.00. I really enjoy the style and engineering in its design. I do not know much about it other than what I posted initially. It still works. I will try to update info as I learn more about it.

I have the same Rca floor model. Photograph works great thru speaker however when switched to AM radio, there is no sound whatsoever thru the units speaker. Can you help with reasons why? Tuning know does not pick up any static or anything..total silence.
